@@ophthalmologypearls so for example if I have right eye +3.25sph and -5.25cyl axis 20 and I want to drop the Cyl to -3.75 to get a large choice of lenses I get 2.50sph and -3.75 axis 20 Left Eye +3.75sph and -6.25cyl axis 175 again changing cyl to -3.75 I get +2.5sph and -3.75cyl with axis 175 Is that correct?
